Coronavirus Statement

Due to the growing concern over the novel COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. The health and safety of our community, patients, staff, and guests are our top priorities, Therefore, we have set a series of new policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines to ensure, and reinforce safety measures upon re-opening.

Please do NOT come for your appointment if you are experienced or are experiencing symptoms of Fever, Cough, Sore Throat, and difficulty breathing, or if you have been sick in the last 2 weeks.

First Visit
We highly recommend our customers to fill out our online forms prior to check-in and to prepare for treatments.

Brochure
You can have any brochure that interests you to browse. Once you touched it, we ask that you do not place it back where it was found. Instead, kindly take it with you or dispose of it in a trashcan 

Curbside Skin Care Product Pick Up 
We’re now offering curbside skincare product pick up. Simply call/text/email us to place a skin care product order. Pre-pay over the phone with your credit card, Designate a day, time, and a person who’ll be doing the pick-up. Let us know you have arrived at the premises. We will ask you to sign your receipt for your order.

Guests
​Please do not bring guests with you to your appointments; including friends, family, or children. It would be our pleasure to schedule an appointment for them at a different time. 

​Limitations of Treatment 
We will not be providing injectable treatment on the lips area for the time being. This may change at the appropriate time.

Parking
  In order to limit the number of patients in the reception area, we may ask that you remain in your car and we will contact you via telephone or text message to ask you to come in when we are ready for your service.

Payments 
We will continue to take payments in the form of credit cards, check, and cash. Credit cards will be sanitized with wipes before and after processing transactions. If you prefer, you can read your credit card number to our staff it would be our pleasure to enter the information manually. Cash will also be accepted. However, the change will not be provided. Instead, any change due will be credited to your account. All investments in the form of cash will be placed in an envelope to be opened after three days.

New Consent Form
 All patients entering the practice will be required to sign a new Coronavirus (COVID-19) consent form whether or not they are having a treatment.

Personal Protective Equipment 
Staff will be wearing masks and gloves to protect everyone. We will provide you with gloves and face masks if we have enough in stock (as such protective equipment has been on backorder and supplies are very limited). Patients will be required to sanitize their hands when they enter and exit the office; We will have hand sanitizers throughout the office and you will have access to it.  Additionally, we will provide gloves for patients to wear as (if available). 

Sanitation 
​All areas will be fully sanitized before and after each patient enters/exits the area. This includes countertops, door handles, sinks, etc. The entire office is also fully sanitized at the beginning and end of each business day.

Screening 
​Staff to measure the patient’s body temperature utilizing a non-contact thermometer before allowing them to enter the treatment room.

Social / Physical Distancing 
Please continue to exercise social distancing We will keep one person in each treatment room, We kindly ask that family members/friends to wait in the car or outside the practice. Everyone in the office will be required to stay at least six feet from others with certain exceptions such as during treatments. Patients, guests, and/or staff will not be permitted to congregate in areas such as the hallway or reception area.

Spa Special Hours 
Golden Hour" for seniors, people with mobility concerns, and those most vulnerable to the novel coronavirus, we will open 8-10 A.M Tuesday & Wednesday by Extended hours for front line and hospital staff  5-7 pm by appointment only.

Treatment Room
Only scheduled client for treatment is allowed in the treatment room. Before – During – and after the treatment, the service provider will take every precaution we can to implement safety measures.

Waiting Time
 with the new policies that we have implemented, there may be additional waiting periods. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
