Cancellation

48 -hours notice is required for cancelaltion of any scheduled service(s) appointmen(s). Failure to provide required notice less than 48-hours will results in full price fees for the services. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION prior to your schedule appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the reserved service amount. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy

As a courtesy to our clients,  our system will send you an appoitnment confirmation reminder  via email and text 72 hours prior to your appointment sate, and send out again a day of your appointment schedule. Pls confirm your appoitnment and complete the appropriate forms via our online portal.

Gift Certificate / Pre Purchased / Online Voucher

Are available for purchase at a minimum of $50.00, are treated the same as cash, are redeemable toward specified services, packages or dollor amounts. These are NON-transferable. All service sales, retail sales, gift certificate, pre paid voucher, online or donated sales are FINAL, are for services ONLY, and must be redeemed in full prior expiry date (ABSOLUTELY NO CASH BACK). Expired Pre paid , online voucher, gift certificate - may apply it as spa credit toward regularly-priced retail treatments or services (products not included).
